Faulty / Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product you receive is faulty or damaged, we will replace your purchase free of charge.
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, First Line Medic will happily refund or exchange the product. Please get in contact with our customer service team who will happily help you with your returns.
I've Changed My Mind
If you've changed your mind about a product you bought from us, we'll happily return it within 3 months of your purchase. The packaging must not be opened or worn in any way.
If you have ordered a product in the wrong size, please contact our customer service team and will happily exchange the product for the appropriate size. Please be aware that we cannot accept worn products.
Please use the sizing charts available on each products page to ensure you have the right size before ordering.
